She has been actively involved in improving the quality of education for the underprivileged by closely working with an NGO and running her tuition centre. Arun Madan, a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has more than 25 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Finance & Accounts. He worked with the different divisions of Wipro Limited and moved after being Vice President and CFO for one of their divisions to launch his own venture. He established Shri Uttam Sewa Micro Finance Private Limited Company (A Section 8 Company) in 2013 to assist and finance underprivileged women. He has also worked in the financial markets and insurance sector, serving as an advisor for a leading public sector insurance company and an AMFI registered Mutual Fund Distributor.
